Spice up your menu and impress your guests with this mouthwateringly delicious chicken tinga taco recipe. Tasty chipotle chicken elevates these tantalizing tacos to a top-tier dining experience.
Ingredients:
- Spiced Tomato Sauce (for the chicken Tinga Tacos) - 3 oz.
- Grilled chicken, diced 1/2 " - 3 oz.
- Corn tortillas, 4" - 6 each
- Cabbage blend- shredded - 3 tbs.
- Feta cheese- crumbled - 3 tbs.
- Cilantro, leaves - 3 tsp.
- Avocado Chipotle Ranch - 1.5 oz.
Preparation:
- Blend the sauce with chicken and heat through.

Heat the tortillas on the flat top. 2 tortillas per taco. Slight overlapping.

Place the tortillas on the plate. Place the 1 tbs. of cabbage blend, 1 tbs. chicken in sauce.

Finish by sprinkling the cheese over each tortilla, drizzle the avocado chipotle ranch, and top with cilantro leaves.

Ingredients:
- Tomato sauce - Quart 2
- Cilantro, chopped - Cups 2
- Chipotle in adobo - Oz. 8

Instructions:
Heat the tomato sauce in a pot and add in the chipotle pepper. Cook over low heat for 1/2 hour. Then use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
- Place the sauce back on the heat and add the cilantro. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes over low heat.
Place the spiced tomato sauce in a storage container and cool until needed.

- Cilantro leaves - Cup 1
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - Cups 3
- Granulated Garlic - Tbl 1
- Salt - Tbl 2
- Lime juice - Cup 1/4
- Avocado, crushed - Cup 1
- Chipotle in adobo, chopped - Cup 1/4

Instructions:
In a clean bowl combine all the ingredients with an immersion blender and incorporate well.
Pour the dressing into a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
