Chicken Tinga Tacos

Ingredients:
- Spiced Tomato Sauce (for the chicken Tinga Tacos) - 3 oz.
- Grilled chicken, diced 1/2 " - 3 oz.
- Corn tortillas, 4" - 6 each
- Cabbage blend- shredded - 3 tbs.
- Feta cheese- crumbled - 3 tbs.
- Cilantro, leaves - 3 tsp.
- Avocado Chipotle Ranch - 1-1/2 oz.
Preparation:
- Blend the sauce with chicken and heat through.

Heat the tortillas on the flat top. 2 tortillas per taco. Slight overlapping.
- Place the tortillas on the plate. Place the 1 tbs. of cabbage blend, 1 tbs. chicken in sauce
- Finish by sprinkling the cheese over each tortilla, drizzle the avocado chipotle ranch and top with cilantro leaves.
