  • Spiced Tomato Sauce (for the chicken Tinga Tacos) - 3 oz.
  • Grilled chicken, diced 1/2 " - 3 oz.
  • Corn tortillas, 4" - 6 each
  • Cabbage blend- shredded - 3 tbs.
  • Feta cheese- crumbled - 3 tbs.
  • Cilantro, leaves - 3 tsp.
  • Avocado Chipotle Ranch - 1-1/2 oz.

  1. Blend the sauce with chicken and heat through.
  2. Heat the tortillas on the flat top. 2 tortillas per taco. Slight overlapping.

  3. Place the tortillas on the plate. Place the 1 tbs. of cabbage blend, 1 tbs. chicken in sauce
  4. Finish by sprinkling the cheese over each tortilla, drizzle the avocado chipotle ranch and top with cilantro leaves.
