Light, buttery, and incredibly sweet, this indulgent salted caramel frosting pairs well with all sorts of cake flavors, letting you update dozens of desserts with one simple recipe. 


  • SunGlow salted, Butter Blend, slightly soften - 2 lbs.
  • Sauce Craft Gochujang Korean pepper sauce - 1 Cup
  • Caramel sauce - 1-2 Cups
  • Maldon flake salt - 2 tbs.
  • Powdered sugar - 2 Cups

  1. In a mixing bowl place all ingredients and combine well. Do not over mix or the Sunglow becomes too soft.

  2. Hold the flavored sunglow butter blend until needed in the refrigerator.

Chef Tip:

Add more caramel or gochujang sauce if needed to heighten the flavor profile of the caramel.

Serving Suggestion:

Primarily used for cakes and cupcakes. But also can be used on cookies and Icing for cinnamon rolls.
