Featuring the fan favorite trio of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, this salad tastes just like the famous sandwich minus all the bread. It’s a great alternative for customers with gluten sensitivities or who just want to enjoy the taste of a BLT while cutting back on calories.


  • Roma tomatoes, wedges - 4 Cups
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 Cups
  • Red onion, julienne - 1 Cup
  • Croutons - 3 Cups
  • Crisp bacon, chopped up - 4 Cups
  • Baby kale - 8 Cups
  • Romaine, cut into 1"ribbons - 8 Cups
  • Carrot, julienne - 1 Cup
  • Culinaire Ventura Foods Ranch Dressing - 1 quart

  1. Pour the ranch dressing into a container and hold it in the refrigerator until needed.

  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients but only half of the bacon, croutons, and cheese.

  3. Combine ensuring all the ingredients are well mixed with the dressing.

  4. On a platter place the salad and mound the salad with height.
  5. Sprinkle the remainder of the bacon, croutons, and cheese over the surface of the salad.
