  • Paprika powder, smoked - 5-6 tbs.
  • Cilantro, fresh - no stems - 1 bunch
  • Lime juice, fresh - 5 oz.
  • Sauce Craft , Smoky BBQ Sauce - 1 gallon
  • Ancho chili powder - .5 Cup
  • Salt and pepper mix - As needed
