Avocado Chipotle Ranch
Ingredients:
- Cilantro leaves - 1 Cup
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 3 Cups
- Granulated Garlic - 1 tbs.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Lime juice - .25 Cup
- Avocado, crushed - 1 Cup
- Chipotle in adobo, chopped - .25 Cup
Preparation:

In a clean bowl combine all the ingredients with an immersion blender and incorporate well.

Pour the dressing into a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
Serving Suggestions: Great for dipping with Hispanic-inspired appetizers, onion rings, put on burgers, wraps, and sandwiches.
