Herb Garlic Liquid Butter Blend

Chopped thyme, basil, and oregano join sautéed garlic in this herbaceous Phase based liquid butter alternative that cuts operating costs without skimping on flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Garlic chopped, sautéed off - .25 Cup
  • SunGlow Liquid Butter Blend - 1 quart
  • Basil, fresh chopped - .25 Cup
  • Fresh oregano, chopped - .25 Cup
  • Fresh thyme, chopped - .25 Cup

Preparation:

  1. In a sauté pan place a 1/2 oz. of SunGlow Liquid, chopped garlic, and place on the stove on medium heat. Cook the garlic until you can smell a nice aroma for 2-3 minutes. Turn the flame off. Then stir in the herbs with the garlic.

  2. Pour the SunGlow Liquid into the pan with the garlic and herbs and blend them all together well.

  3. Pour the completed seasoned SunGlow Liquid Butter Blend into a clean storage container and hold it until needed in the refrigerator.

Serving Suggestions:

This can be used for brushing on breadsticks, finishing pizza crusts when coming out of the oven, finishing rolls out of the oven, coating baked potatoes, seasoning vegetables for large banquets.
