Truffle Mayonnaise

A mixture of classy truffles with classic mayonnaise, this upscale condiment provides chefs with a fast and versatile method to turn up the gourmet level of your burgers, pizza, fish and fries and more.

Ingredients:

Lemon juice, fresh - 2 tbs.
Classic Gourmet Mayonnaise - 1 quart
Black pepper, ground - 1 tbs.
White truffle oil - 1/4 Cup
Parsley, chopped - 1/4 Cup

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a clean mixing bowl and blend well.
Pour completed mayonnaise into a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.

Serving Suggestions: Can be used on sandwiches hot and cold, burgers, chicken sandwiches, used to incorporate into compound salads.
