- Mint leaves - 5 Each
- Sliced Tomatoes - 2 Slices
- Sliced Cucumber - 5 Slices
- Tuna salad, prepared - 3 Oz.
- Kalamata olive relish - 1 Oz.
- Spinach leaves - 6 Each
- Wheat berry bread - 2 Slices
- Italian ranch dressing - 1 Oz.
Preparation:
- On the wheat berry bread spread the olive relish on one side and the Italian ranch dressing on the other side.
- On the side of the Italian ranch dressing place the tuna salad, then the spinach leaves, cucumber, and tomato slices.
- Lastly top the tomato slices with the mint leaves, then close the sandwich with the sliced bread. Cut In half on a diagonal.
