East Meets West Marinade

Red wine and jalapeno mixed with ginger, soy sauce, and honey sriracha in this globally inspired East meets West marinade. This one-of-a-kind recipe cleverly combines iconic cultural ingredients for a perfect fusion of Asian and Western flavors. 

Ingredients:

  • Chopped cilantro - 2 bunches
  • Red wine vinegar - 3 cups
  • Soy sauce - 2 cups
  • Ground black pepper - 1 cups
  • Lemon grass, root and cut small - 2 cups
  • Chopped jalapeno, no seeds - 2 oz.
  • Lime juice, fresh - 4 cups
  • Chopped ginger, peeled/cut small - 1 cups
  • Parsley, no stems - 1 cups
  • Onions, peeled/chopped - 3 cups
  • Shallots, cut small - 1 cups
  • Hidden Valley Balsamic vinaigrette - 1 gallon
  • Sauce Craft Honey Sriracha sauce - 3 cups

Preparation:

  1. In a clean mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together and incorporate well with an immersion blender.

  2. Stir in the Honey Sriracha sauce into the marinade. Place the sauce into a clean container and store in the refrigerator until needed.
