Chicken Tinga Braising sauce
                    Enhanced with fiery chipotle and fresh-tasting cilantro, this Mexican take on tomato sauce is the perfect complement for chicken Tinga tacos.
Ingredients:
- Tomato sauce - 2 Quart
 - Cilantro, chopped - 2 Cup(s)
 - Chipotle in adobo - 8 Oz.
 
Preparation:

Heat the tomato sauce in a pot and add in the chipotle pepper. Cook over low heat for 1/2 hour. Then use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
 - Place the sauce back on the heat and add the cilantro. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes over low heat.

Place the spiced tomato sauce in a storage container and cool until needed.
