Ingredients:
- Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - 1/4 Cup
- Tomatoes, heirloom small - 1/4 Cup
- Cooked green beans, cut in 1/2 - 1/2 Cup
- English cucumber, diced 1/2 inch - 1/4 Cup
- Sundried Tomato Basil Vinaigrette - 1 1/2 Oz.
- Power greens - 2 Cups
- Cooked Whole grains - 1 Cup
- Carrots, julienned - 1/4 Cup
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese. Combine well.
- Place the salad onto the plate and mound the salad high. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the salad.
