  • Cucumbers, diced - 1/4 Cup
  • Carrots, julienne - 1/4 Cup
  • Barley, cooked - 1/4 Cup
  • Tomatoes pear, halves - 1/4 Cup
  • Farro, cooked - 1/4 Cup
  • Mesclun Wild Greens - 2 cups
  • Quinoa, cooked - 1/4 Cup
  • Classic Gourmet® Supreme Golden Italian Dressing - 3 oz.
  • Basil fresh, chopped - 1 tbs.
  • Parsley fresh, chopped - 1 tbs.
