Thai Curry Sunglow Compound Butter Blend

Ingredients:
- Fish sauce - 2-3 tbs.
- SunGlow® European Style Butter Blend - 1 lbs.
- Salt, Kosher - 1 tsp.
- Thai Red Curry paste - 4-5 tbs.
- Black pepper, ground - 2 tsp.
- Basil, Thai or Purple - 1/2 Cup
Preparation:
- In the mixer add all the ingredients and combine until well incorporated.
