Ingredients:
- Mushroom filling-see recipe - 1 Oz.
- Roasted garlic-Thyme Blue cheese dressing-see recipe - 1 Oz.
- Micro greens, colorful varieties - As needed As Needed
- Medium mushroom caps, stemmed, sautéed, and well drained - 50 Each
- Thyme sprigs - 50 Sprig
Preparation:
- Fill the center of the mushroom cap with the seafood filling ensure that the crevice is filled full. Place on a papered sheet pan.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven for approx. 10 minutes until the filling is bubbling.
- Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing the top with the roasted garlic-thyme blue cheese dressing and thyme sprig.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the serving plate with micro greens with different colors and place the mushrooms on top and serve.
