Strawberry Sweet Chili Frosting
As every baker knows, a cake is only as good as its frosting. This red-hot recipe uses Sauce Craft Sweet Chili as its secret ingredient for fluffy and buttery strawberry frosting with an exquisite afterburn that will keep your customers coming back time after time.
- Strawberry preserves - 1 Cup
- Cream cheese, slightly soft - 8 oz.
- SunGlow Salted Butter Blend slightly soft - 1 lb.
- Powdered sugar, sifted - 2 Cups
- Heavy cream - 2 tbs.
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
- Salt, kosher - As needed
- Sauce Craft Sweet chili sauce - 1 Cup
Place the Sunglow, cream cheese, and strawberry preserves together in the mixer and slowly blend until well combined.
Proceed to add the remainder of the ingredients to the mixer. Ensuring that the bowl sides get scraped often to keep everything well mixed. Mix the butter blend at medium speed on the mixer.
Place in a clean storage container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
