Southwest Deviled Egg Mix

Bringing together the of deviled eggs and avocado poblano, this savory Southwestern recipe adds a touch of local flavor that fits in perfectly with Mexican or BBQ menus.
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise - 1 quart
- Avocado-Poblano Dressing, Marie's - 1 quart
- Dijon mustard - .5 cups
- Salt and pepper - As needed As needed
- Egg Yolks, cooked, separated from the whites. - 150 each
Preparation:

In the food processor process the egg yolks first. Then pour the egg yolks into a stainless-steel mixing bowl to mix in the remainder of the other ingredients.
- Place the mix into a clean storage container and hold until needed. Label, date and refrigerate.
