Ingredients:

  • Phase® Original Liquid Butter Alternative - 1/2 oz.
  • Sauce Craft™ Garlic Parmesan Sauce - 1 oz.
  • Brioche bun - 1 each
  • Bacon, cooked - 1-1 .5 slice
  • Roma tomatoes, sliced - 3 each
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 tbs.
  • Lettuce, Butter leaf - 1 leaf
  • Mushroom Portobello, cap, 5" - 1 each

Preparation:

  1. Grill the mushroom cap on the broiler until the cap is tender and cooked through.
  2. Place the Phase on the flat top grill to toast the brioche bun until golden brown.
  3. Place the cooked mushroom cap on the bottom bun and bacon slices on top and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the bacon.
  4. On the top bun place the butter leaf lettuce and tomato slices.
  5. Lastly drizzle the garlic parmesan cheese sauce over the mushroom before sending it out to the guest.
