People love going to the pizza parlor for spicy chicken, ranch, and pizza so why not combine all three in the same menu item? The spicy Caribbean jerk and cool ranch balance each other out for a meaty pizza with a powerful crossover appeal. 


  • Sauce Craft Caribbean Jerk Sauce - 3 oz.
  • Pineapple grilled, 1/4" diced - .25 Cup
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing - 2 tbs.
  • Onions, caramelized - .25 Cup
  • Cilantro, chopped - 1 tbs.
  • Chicken, julienne thin1/4" - 3.5 oz.
  • Mozzarella cheese - 3 oz.
  • Pizza dough, 10 inch - 1 each
  • Bacon, cooked and chopped - .25 Cup

  1. Ladle 3 oz. Sauce Craft Caribbean Jerk Sauce on the pizza dough and cover the surface.

  2. Sprinkle the cheese and distribute the remainder of the pizza toppings on the cheese except for the cilantro and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing.

  3. Bake the pizza in a 550F. degree oven for approx. 5-7 minutes or until the bottom side of the crust Is golden brown and firm.

  4. Finish the pizza with a drizzle of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and sprinkle of cilantro over the surface. Cut the pizza into 6 or 8 wedges.
