Miso Cod Marination

Seasoned for over 12 hours in Japanese miso paste, mirin rice wine, and sesame ginger vinaigrette, this cod takes some time to prepare but it’s oh so worth it. Food critics will rave over how you accomplished that perfect umami flavor.


  • Cod pieces, 6-7 oz. - 10 each
  • Miso paste - 1 Cup
  • Hidden Valley Sesame Ginger Dressing - 3 Cups
  • Mirin rice wine - 2 Cups

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend well.
  2. Hold the excess marinade in a container for the next Marination.

  3. In a clean pan place pat dry the fish before placing in the marinade.

  4. Marinate the fish for at least 12 hours.
