Lobster Herb Butter Sauce
Incorporating lobster bits with buttery SunGlow, this is the sauce you use when you want to impress the guests. Serve it with your finest fish or drizzle it on your best steak for some superb surf and turf to treat your customers to a most decadent dish.
- White wine - 1 Cup
- Lemon juice, fresh - 10 oz.
- Cream, whipping - 2 Cups
- SunGlow salted butter blend - 1.5 lbs.
- Classic Gourmet Lobster Base - 4 tbs.
- Fresh herbs, chopped - 6 tbs.
- Salt and pepper mix - As needed
Cut SunGlow into small pieces and allow to soften.
Combine white wine and lemon juice in a saucepan and reduce by 1/2.
Add cream and reduce by ½. Add in the lobster base and blend well with the cream. Reduce the heat to a low flame.
Add SunGlow and slowly incorporate it into the cream. Mix well until all of the SunGlow has been incorporated into the cream. Add salt and pepper as needed for additional flavor. Finish by adding the chopped herbs into the sauce.
Pour the completed sauce into a clean container and hold warm until needed.
