Herbed Green Beans Salad

Transform regular green beans into something truly special with this deliciously herbaceous salad. A sprinkle of fresh herbs, garlic, and olive oil is all it takes to complete this fast favorite recipe.
Ingredients:
- Salt and pepper mix - As needed As needed
- Marie’s® Italian Vinaigrette Dressing - 1-1/2 Cups
- Almonds, sliced and toasted - 1/4 Cup
- Green beans, trimmed and blanched, chilled - 4 lbs.
- Herbs, fresh, chopped - 1/4 Cup
- Garlic, fresh chopped - 1/4 Cup
Preparation:

In a clean bowl place all the ingredients and lightly toss together. Sprinkle the top of the green beans with sliced almonds.
Chef’s Tip: Garnish options would be shaved parmesan cheese, julienne roasted red peppers, or shredded carrots.
