Ingredients:

  • Roasted baby red potatoes - 4 Oz.
  • Herb brined breast of chicken - 1 Each
  • Vegetable medley - 3 Oz.
  • SunGlow, cubes - 2 Oz.

Preparation:

  1. Roast the chicken until internal temp is 165 degrees and the chicken is a nice golden brown.
  2. Heat the vegetables and roasted potato until heated through.
  3. In a sauté pan heat up some of the juices from the roasted chicken pan and mount the sauce with sunglow.

  4. Place the chicken on top of the roasted red potatoes and put the sauce over the chicken. Place the vegetable medley on the plate at the top of the plate
