Herb Brined Chicken Breast

Your customers have never tasted chicken breast this tender and juicy – Brined Herb Chicken Breast roasted until golden brown. Complement the main course with roasted potatoes and assorted vegetables for a complete and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- Roasted baby red potatoes - 4 Oz.
- Herb brined breast of chicken - 1 Each
- Vegetable medley - 3 Oz.
- SunGlow, cubes - 2 Oz.
Preparation:
- Roast the chicken until internal temp is 165 degrees and the chicken is a nice golden brown.
- Heat the vegetables and roasted potato until heated through.

In a sauté pan heat up some of the juices from the roasted chicken pan and mount the sauce with sunglow.
- Place the chicken on top of the roasted red potatoes and put the sauce over the chicken. Place the vegetable medley on the plate at the top of the plate
