Hatch Chili Burger

Offering the perfect balance of heat and sweetness, a topping of hatch chili makes for the most mouthwateringly delicious spicy burgers. Throw on some pepper jack cheese, and grilled onions.


  • Red onion grilled, thick sliced - 1 slice
  • Salt and pepper mix -
  • Pepper jack cheese - 1 slice
  • Hatch chili, roasted/prepared - 1 each
  • Burger, 6 oz. - 1 each
  • Fries, crisp - 5 oz.
  • Bun, brioche toasted - 1 each
  • Classic Gourmet® Select Real Mayonnaise - 1 tbs.
  • Sauce Craft™ Sweet & Smoky Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce - 1 oz.

  1. Salt and pepper the burger and grill to medium. 

  2. Start to grill the onions so they start to caramelize. 

  3. Toast the bun to a golden brown on the grill.  

  4. Heat the hatch chili slightly on the grill and place on the burger, place the cheese on the hatch pepper.

  5. Melt the cheese in the cheese melter. On the heel of the bun drizzle the signature sauce, then place the burger on top of the signature sauce.

  6. On the top of the burger place the grilled onions and on the top of the bun spread the mayonnaise. Close the burger and place on serving plate alongside crispy fries and serve.
