East Meets West Marinade
Red wine and jalapeno mixed with ginger, soy sauce, and honey sriracha in this globally inspired East meets West marinade. This one-of-a-kind recipe cleverly combines iconic cultural ingredients for a perfect fusion of Asian and Western flavors.
Ingredients:
- Chopped cilantro - 2 bunches
- Red wine vinegar - 3 cups
- Soy sauce - 2 cups
- Ground black pepper - 1 cups
- Lemon grass, root and cut small - 2 cups
- Chopped jalapeno, no seeds - 2 oz.
- Lime juice, fresh - 4 cups
- Chopped ginger, peeled/cut small - 1 cups
- Parsley, no stems - 1 cups
- Onions, peeled/chopped - 3 cups
- Shallots, cut small - 1 cups
- Hidden Valley Balsamic vinaigrette - 1 gallon
- Sauce Craft Honey Sriracha sauce - 3 cups
Preparation:

In a clean mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together and incorporate well with an immersion blender.

Stir in the Honey Sriracha sauce into the marinade. Place the sauce into a clean container and store in the refrigerator until needed.
