Equal parts sweet and smoky, this BBQ sauce recipe delights the palette with tantalizing tastes of fruity mango and earthy, spicy curry. For best results, serve alongside smoked meats like beef, lamb, or ribs. 


  • Smoke House 220 Sweet and Smoky BBQ sauce - 4 Cups
  • Mango puree - 1 Cup
  • Red Curry paste - 3 tbs.
  • Pineapple juice - .5 Cup

  1. First in a clean mixing bowl combine the pineapple juice, red curry and mango puree together and blend well. Then incorporate into the bowl the BBQ sauce and blend well.

  2. Place the completed BBQ sauce into a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
