Chocolate Mint Cookies
When it comes to desserts, there are a few combinations with the staying power of dark chocolate and mint. These chewy, fudgy cookies mix rich chocolate with fresh minty flavor for a decadent and addictive treat that your customers won’t be able to stop eating.
Ingredients:
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
- Walnuts or Pecans optional, Chopped small - 1 Cup
- Brown sugar - .75 Cup
- Eggs, large - 2 each
- Baking soda - 2 tsp.
- Flour, all purpose - 2.25 Cups
- Sunglow, slightly soften - 1 Cup
- Sugar, granulated - .75 Cup
- Mint M&M's or chopped up Mint chocolates - 2 Cups
Preparation:

Cream butter, both sugars, and eggs together for approximately 2 minutes.

Add all the ingredients into the mixer and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated and then stop mixing. Scrape the bowl and place the mix into a clean storage container.

Scoop batter into 1-1/2" balls or 2oz. scoops using an ice cream scoop that size.

Place the cookie dough on a papered sheet pan or pan that has been sprayed with an aerosol pan spray lightly and space the dough 2" apart from one another.

Heat oven to 350F. degrees.

Bake the cookies at 350F. degrees for 11 minutes.

Pull from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.
