Chipotle Caesar Chicken And Broccoli Salad
Spice up your classic chicken Caesar with a little chipotle flair using this southwest-inspired salad recipe. The smoky-sweet heat of chipotle promises an exciting new flavor experience.
Ingredients:
- Chipotle in adobo, chopped - 1 can
- Hidden Valley® Traditional Caesar - 1/2 gallon
- Croutons-prepared - 1-2 Cups
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 Cups
- Diced chicken, grilled - 4 Cups
- Romaine, cut - 1 gallon
- Broccoli florets, blanched - 3 Cups
- Sliced black olives - 1 Cup
Preparation:

Mix both the chipotle and Caesar dressing together and combine well. Place into a clean container and hold the refrigerator until needed.

Combine all remainder of the ingredients (except for 1/2 of the cheese and croutons) together and mix well.

Place the salad onto the serving plate or bowl. Mound tall and sprinkle the croutons and cheese over the top to finish.
