  • Chipotle in adobo, chopped - 1 can
  • Hidden Valley® Traditional Caesar - 1/2 gallon
  • Croutons-prepared - 1-2 Cups
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 Cups
  • Diced chicken, grilled - 4 Cups
  • Romaine, cut - 1 gallon
  • Broccoli florets, blanched - 3 Cups
  • Sliced black olives - 1 Cup

  1. Mix both the chipotle and Caesar dressing  together and combine well. Place into a clean container and hold the refrigerator until needed.

  2. Combine all remainder of the ingredients (except for 1/2 of the cheese and croutons) together and mix well.

  3. Place the salad onto the serving plate or bowl. Mound tall and sprinkle the croutons and cheese over the top to finish.
