With this fast and easy recipe for chimichurri wing sauce, you can get right to serving up spicy and flavorful chicken wings without the need for extended marination.
Ingredients:
- Red onions, diced 1/4" - 1/2 Cup
- Salt and pepper mix - To taste
- Red chili pepper, crushed/dried - 3 tbs.
- Garlic fresh, chopped - 1/2 Cup
- Red wine vinegar - 2 Cups
- SunGlow® European Style Butter Blend - 2 Cups
- Cilantro, chopped - 1/2 Cup
- Parsley, chopped - 1/2 Cup
Preparation:

In a saucepan heat the Sunglow with all the ingredients and cook on medium heat.
- Cook all the ingredients until translucent. Do not brown.
- Transfer the cooked product to a clean storage container and hold for service.
