With this fast and easy recipe for chimichurri wing sauce, you can get right to serving up spicy and flavorful chicken wings without the need for extended marination.


  • Red onions, diced 1/4" - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt and pepper mix - To taste
  • Red chili pepper, crushed/dried - 3 tbs.
  • Garlic fresh, chopped - 1/2 Cup
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 Cups
  • SunGlow® European Style Butter Blend - 2 Cups
  • Cilantro, chopped - 1/2 Cup
  • Parsley, chopped - 1/2 Cup

  1. In a saucepan heat the Sunglow with all the ingredients and cook on medium heat.
