Caribbean Mango Slaw

Spicy Jamaican jerk paste meets juicy mango and fiery jalapeno in this hot and tangy tropical coleslaw. Serve it as a standalone side dish or throw it on top of a burger or sandwich and dazzle your customers’ tastebuds with its unique taste.


  • Lime juice, fresh squeezed - 1/4 Cup
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped - 1 bunch
  • Hidden Valley Jalapeno ranch - 1/2 Cup
  • Red bell pepper, julienne thin - 1/2 Cup
  • Jalapeno, seeded, julienne thin - 3 each
  • Red onion, julienne, thin - 1 Cup
  • Mango, fresh julienne - 4 each
  • Napa cabbage, julienne, thin - 1/2 gallon
  • Classic Gourmet® Select Creamy Cole Slaw Dressing - 1/2 Cup
  • Sauce Craft™ Caribbean Jerk Sauce - 1/2 Cup

  1. Peel and core the mango and julienne the mango.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together except for the mango. Fold the mango in gently so the fruit does not get mushy.

  3. Place the finished salsa in a clean container in the refrigerator and hold it until needed.
