Caribbean Grilled Jerk Shrimp Salad

Topped with spicy shrimp grilled in a Caribbean jerk marinade, this fresh-tasting seafood salad is brimming with a sweet and hot tropical flavor. 


  • Mixed lettuce - 3 Cups
  • Cucumber, diced 1/2 inch - 1/4 Cup
  • Jalapeno-Mango vinaigrette - 3 Fl. Oz.
  • Carrots, julienne, 1/4 Inch - 1/4 Cup
  • Roasted red pepper, julienne - 3 Oz.
  • Pineapple, fresh, diced 1/2 inch - 1/2 Cup
  • 16/20 marinated shrimp - 4 Cups
  • Tomatoes, diced 1/2 inch - 1/4 Cup

  1. Place the cleaned shrimp in a bowl and coat evenly with Canola OIl

  2. Sprinkle the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning onto the shrimp and toss to evenly distribute the spice mix.

  3. Place the shrimp on a hot grill and cook until pink color is achieved on both sides.
  4. In a clean bowl add all the ingredients into a clean mixing bowl and toss well.
  5. Mound the salad well in the bowl and achieving a good height in the bowl. Ensure placing all the garnishes on top of the salad.
  6. Once the shrimp is cooked, generously brush the shrimp with the Sauce Craft Jamaican Jerk Sauce.

  7. Place the grilled shrimp on top of the salad.
