Ingredients:

  • Marie's Blueberry Pomegranate vinaigrette - 3 Cups
  • Fresh ginger, peeled/chopped small - .5 Cup
  • Fresh mint leaves - .5 Cup

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using an immersion blender will enable you to blend the vinaigrette it very smooth.

  2. Make sure there are no chunks of ginger left in the dressing. Pour the dressing into a clean container and hold it in the refrigerator until needed.

Serving Suggestions: Use to toss vegetables, as a dipping sauce for fried items, or put it on a fried chicken sandwich. Can also be used on yogurt-granola parfaits.
