Black Pepper Cheese Grits

Ingredients:
- Water, cold - 2 Cups
- Classic Gourmet Chicken Base - 2 Tsp (s)
- White Grits - 3/4 Cup
- White Cheddar Cheese, shredded - 2 Cups
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1/2 Cup
- Parmigiano-Reggiano, finely grated - 1/2 Cup
- Marie's Avocado Poblano Ranch Dressing - 1/2 Cup
- Black Pepper, freshly ground - 1 Tsp (s)
Preparation:
- Whisk together water, chicken base, black pepper, and grits in a 2-quart heavy saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer.
- Stirring frequently, until very thick, about 10 minutes.
