BBQ Cream Sauce

A tasty mixture of tangy BBQ and creamy soup base, this simple sauce offers your chefs a foolproof method for elevating their creations with delectable BBQ flavor.  


  • Garlic fresh, chopped - 1/2 Cup
  • Sauce Craft BBQ Sauce, sweet and spicy - 1 quart
  • White wine - 2 Cups
  • Phase, LBA - 1/4 Cup
  • Cream soup base, prepared - 1 gallon
  • Salt and pepper mix - To taste

  1. In a saucepan place the Phase and heat. Sauté the garlic until translucent and deglaze with white wine.
  2. Add in the prepared cream soup base and BBQ sauce. Adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Pour the sauce in a clean storage container and hold hot until needed.
