  • French roll, sliced lengthwise - 1 Each
  • Bologna, sliced - 1 Oz.
  • Cooked Pork, sliced - 1 Oz.
  • Cilantro, leaves - 8-10 Each
  • Pickled jalapeno - 3-4 Slices
  • Chicken, sliced - 1 Oz.
  • Pickled Vegetables - 2 Oz.
  • Honey Sriracha Mayonnaise - 2 Oz.

  1. Layer the meats on the bottom of the bun, sprinkle the pickled vegetables over the length of the meat.

  2. Place the jalapenos over the pickled vegetables and sprinkle the cilantro leaves over the length of the sandwich and drizzle the sriracha sauce over the entire sandwich.
  3. Cut the sandwich in half on a bias and serve on a plate.


Pickled Vegetables

  1. Vinegar, red - Cups 2
  2. Pepper, black ground - tbs. 1
  3. Salt, Kosher - tbs. 2
  4. Cucumber, English, sliced thin - Cups 3
  5. Onion, red, julienne thin - Cups 2
  6. Carrots, shredded - Cups 2
  7. Sauce Craft™ Sweet Chili Sauce - Cups 2-3
  8. Radish, English, sliced thin - Cups 2
  1. In a clean bowl place the sweet chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture well until the ingredients dissolve well.

  2. Add in the all the vegetables. Combine well and let marinade for 24 hours before using. Store in the refrigerator.

Honey Sriracha Mayonnaise

  1. Sauce Craft Honey Sriracha sauce - Cup 1
  2. Mayonnaise - Cups 2
  3. Cilantro fresh, chopped - Cup .5
  4. Lemon juice, fresh - tbs. 1
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and combine well.
  2. Place completed sauce in a clean container and  hold in the refrigerator until needed.
