Bacon and Cheddar Cheese Compound Butter Blend

Bacon plus cheddar plus butter. It’s mathematically impossible to find a more crowd-pleasing combo. Spread this butter around and your customers will spread the word of your culinary brilliance.  


  • SunGlow salted , soften slightly - 1 lb.
  • Salt and pepper mix - 1 tsp.
  • Bacon, cooked/chopped - 1 Cup
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 Cup
  • Chives fresh, chopped - 1-2 tbs.

  1. Place all the ingredients into a mixer and combine slowly until all ingredients are blended well.

  2. Once the compound butter blend is complete, place it into a storage container and hold it until needed in the refrigerator.

Chef Tip:

Do not over mix the Sunglow in the mixer with the incorporated ingredients. Blend only until well incorporated!

Suggested Serving:

Can be served with any type of cooked protein as a compound butter blend topper, used as a baked potato compound butter, used in mac and cheese, or as simple as spreading it on bread or rolls.
