  • Grilled chicken, cooked/diced - 4 Oz.
  • Green onion, sliced - 1 Tbl
  • Sesame seeds, toasted - 1 Tbl
  • Carrots, julienne and steamed - 2 Oz.
  • Sauce Craft Teriyaki sauce - 2-1/2 Oz.
  • Quinoa, cooked - 4 Oz.
  • Cooked edamame beans - 1 Oz.
  • Steamed broccoli - 1/2 Cup
  • Steamed Kale - 1/4 Cup

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl put cooked quinoa and mound the grilled chicken in the center.
