Ingredients:
- Grilled chicken, cooked/diced - 4 Oz.
- Green onion, sliced - 1 Tbl
- Sesame seeds, toasted - 1 Tbl
- Carrots, julienne and steamed - 2 Oz.
- Sauce Craft Teriyaki sauce - 2-1/2 Oz.
- Quinoa, cooked - 4 Oz.
- Cooked edamame beans - 1 Oz.
- Steamed broccoli - 1/2 Cup
- Steamed Kale - 1/4 Cup
Preparation:
- In a bowl put cooked quinoa and mound the grilled chicken in the center.
- Place the steamed kale, broccoli, carrots, edamame and toss with the teriyaki sauce until well coated. Place the vegetables around the chicken in the bowl.
- Sprinkle the green onions and sesame seeds over the top of the bowl.
