As part of our effort to simplify the mayonnaise category, Ventura Foods commissioned a study with the globally renowned Culinary Institute of America. The hypothesis: not all similarly categorized mayonnaise products perform equally. The study: three CIA chefs tested four unidentified mayonnaise products across three recipes for two days. The result: each “heavy duty” mayonnaise performed very differently.
