  • Fresh herbs, mixed and chopped - .25 Cup
  • Lime juice, fresh squeezed - .5 Cup
  • Orange juice, fresh squeezed - .75 Cup
  • Salt and pepper mixed - As needed
  • Orange zest - 6 tbs.
